Cisco QOS Exam Certification Guide (IP Telephony Self-Study) (2nd Edition)

This is probably the single best technology book that I have ever read. I used it to study for (and pass) the QoS exam.  I had struggled with QoS concepts for years.  Odom somehow manages to take a very dry subject and infuse it with life and transform it into a page-turner of a read (honestly).  I read this cover to cover and use it quite often as a reference book.  I would definitely recommend this as a “must read” for the CCIE written and lab exams.
