CCBootcamp: Site Redesign and New Blog

CCBootcamp has been the most quiet of the “core four” CCIE training vendors.  I am on their mailing list and it appeared to me that they were moving more towards a CCNx-focus.  It looks like I was wrong.  They recently redesigned their website and launched a new blog.

The new website has an intriguing ad for “CC-TV Coming Soon”.  Will CCBootcamp join IE and IPexpert and offer free online seminars?

The blog was launched yesterday.  There are a few posts up now including one that seems to be firing a shot at IE.  🙂  Regardless, it’s good to see what looks to me to be a renewed focus on their CCIE training program.

  1. The guys from CCBootcamp are appearing on GS alot recently. I wonder if this is to do with the new CCIE 360 training that will be coming out.

From what I read it looks like they will be offering it, so a great time to get their profile up I would say.

I never really considered them for my prep, but a friend used them for his security lab and went over for a bootcamp to the states – said it was good.

  2. I like that post that says their site isnt all about CCIE numbers, and then the first post in the blog is….

a list of CCIE numbers 🙂

  3. Seems like everyone is taking a shot at IE lately guess that means they are on top. 😉 I think all these vendors are so similar it is funny to see them bicker and market. I really don’t see how you can pass with out knowing the technologies. As far as “teaching to the test” when someone teaches out of scope I mostly tune it out anyway cause I feel like I have enough to remember and this is likely to hurt more than help.

  4. Maan, these people are jokers! A CCIE is somebody who has passed the CCIE lab. Nothing more and definitely nothing less.
