To turn logging of MOSPF LSAs (type-6) you need to tell the router to ignore these LSAs.  I get a kick out of the verbiage of the help message:

Rack10R6(config)#router os 100
Rack10R6(config-router)#ignore ?
lsa  Do not complain upon receiving LSA of the specified type

“Thank you kind sir.  Now I shan’t complain upon receiving these dastardly type-6 LSAs.”
